Steppin' Out This Summer (K - 12)

Winning the Battle Against Youth Obesity
Your YMCA, along with YMCA’s across the country, is adopting a new brand strategy to increase understanding of the impact we are making in the greater Rockford community and communities throughout America. Steppin' Out This Summer is a healthy bodies/healthy minds project co-sponsored by the Rockford School District, YMCA of Rock River Valley and the Rockford Park District from June 21 through August 27. Your YMCA is a community leader in the healthy development of youth. The YMCA’s Youth Fit For Life is a is a physical activity/healthy behavior program with proven results delivered to children ages 5 to 12.
