CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY GIFT DRIVE

We are asking members to share the magic of the holidays and donate an unwrapped gift for a child in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. The gift should be for a boy or girl in the following age ranges: 6-8, 9-12, 13-15, or 16-18. They can bring the gifts in to ID Pennock or Northeast YMCA's Member Experience Center by December 12. If you have any questions or would like to make a montary donation towards the drive please contact Lisa Ramsby at 815-489-1133.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a branch of the YMCA of Rock River Valley that provides successful mentoring programs for all children who need and want them.  These programs contribute to strengthening kids, families and the entire community.

• Are less likely to do drugs and drink alcohol
• Do better in school
• Get along better with their family and friends
• Feel better about themselves

Our Impact on Volunteers
Expand your horizons and make a positive social impact on your community.  Volunteering as a Big Brother or a Big Sister is the most rewarding thing you'll ever do.
