Welcome to Camp Winnebago. I am Susie Johnson, Executive Director. I have been with Camp Winnebago for the past 13 years, involved in summer camp, environmental education and adventure programming as a certified high ropes and climbing wall facilitator. At Camp Winnebago we offer a traditional outdoor summer camp with numerous opportunities for personal growth and positive character development emphasizing caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Our trained counselors are ready to make this summer meaningful for you and your family by providing safe, fun, age-appropriate programming. Join us as we make great childhood memories one day at a time.

Annie Craig

Unit Coordinator, Animal Camp

Hi everyone! My name is Annie Craig and this will be my third summer at Camp Winnebago. I am excited to be returning as the Animal Camp UC. During the school year, I teach 2nd Grade in Catlin, IL. I also coach the girl's softball team at Catlin High School. I love softball! I am really looking forward to another fun-filled summer with the campers. See you all soon!
   

Kraig Laurence
Unit Coordinator, Standing Bear Camp


Hi! My name is Kraig Laurence. I'm a Mass Communication major and Business minor from Illinois State University and will be Unit Coordinator for Standing Bear this summer. I was a counselor for one year at Camp Winnebago and without a doubt had one of the best summers of my life. I'm looking forward to another great year and hope to bring an exciting addition to Camp Winnebago as UC.
   
Terese Marinelli
Unit Coordinator, Wilderness Camp

Hello! My name is Terese Marinelli and I am the Unit Coordinator for Wilderness this summer. This is my fourth summer as a Coordinator and my sixth year at Camp Winnebago. I am very excited about this summer! I can't wait to meet all of the campers and I am looking forward to meeting their families. See you this summer!
