Financial Assistance Form
Every member is expected to pay a portion of the monthly dues,
however, no one is tuned away because of the inability to pay.
In addition to providing assistance on the joiner fee, eligible
applicants may also qualify for reduced monthly rates based on
a sliding fee scale determined by income.
