UNLIMITED FITNESS CLASSES

  • For full facility member age 13 years and up.
  • Attend any of these classes as many times a week as you’d like after you have arranged your bankdraft plan of $12 a month or billing of $36.
  • Register and begin immediately.
  • A wide variety of ongoing classes to meet the fitness needs of all participants from beginner to competitive athlete.

Any class in green is appropriate for those new to group exercise or in Coach Approach.

Abs (free for members) - Effective exercises to improve and strengthen your abdominal's and lower back muscles in a 15-minute class.

Cardio Callanetics - An energizing non-traditional, non-impact approach to aerobics. A fabulous fun-flowing workout that is safe and effective for all fitness levels.

Cardio Define - A class that combines hi/lo aerobics, strength training and stretching. Use weights, tubing and balls for a complete workout that’s great for any level.

Cardio Madness - This class has been updated to include more equipment-Bosus, weighted bars, steps, balls, free weights and bands. Add intensive cardio training into the mix and you get the ultimate challenge.

Cardio Mix (free for members) - A great workout that’s different each class with a variety of cardio and resistance training exercises using steps, weights, stability balls, etc. All fitness levels.

Cross Training Circuit - This class uses a mix of cardiovascular and strength exercises to give you a fun, challenging and complete workout.

Express Cardio Interval - A compact aerobic/toning interval workout designed to provide maximum results in minimum time.

Irish Rhythm and Strength - Tired of the same old cardio workout? Try a little dance style of workout to modern Irish music. You don't need a lot of dance experience or coordination, just a leprechaun-kind of spirit. Get your cardio and strength in one class.

Gliding - Gliding disc exercises allow you to do smooth movements that firm, tone, and sculpt long, learn muscles.

Core Integrated Strength - This core-conditioning class is designed to utilize a variety of equipment for resistance training. Weighted bars, hand weight, tubing, the Bosu and Corepole may be used to sculpt and define.

Low Impact Aerobics (free for members) - A fun class with a variety of easy to follow moves designed to reduce stress on knees and back.

Lengthen and Strengthen - This class enables you to enhance your strength training and increase your flexibility. Rev up a stale exercise routine.

Lunch Crunch (free for members) - A 30-minute lunch break with a variety of cardio and strengthening exercises. End with a quick stretch before you return to work.

SPIN® - A great cardio workout. Taught on stationary bikes—you will climb, sprint, and train to great music and instruction. All fitness levels. Class size is limited.

SPIN® 101 - Learn the basics to indoor cycling.


Stability Ball - A challenging class for all fitness levels incorporating balance, core strength and flexibility exercises all done on or with the ball. Class size is limited!

"Ball"istic" - A more challenging ball workout.

SPIN® - A great cardio workout. Taught on stationary bikes-you will climb, sprint, and train to great music and instruction for an hour. All fitness levels. Class size limited. Register for 1-2 classes to fit your schedule or "walk-in" to a class. Registered participants have priority.

NEW!! Y Walk (free to members) - Come enjoy companionship and motivation while you walk away the calories. Meets outside Racquetball Court #1.

Y Body Bar - Toning class that utilizes the weighted bar for a variety of upper and lower body strength exercise.

NEW!! Zumba - A Latin-inspired low-impact cardio class with easy-to-follow steps for all fitness levels.

MIND/BODY

Pilates Mat Work - A series of exercises to strengthen and lengthen muscles with a focus on the body core. May use balls, bands, corepole, pilates rings and rollers to add a whole new dimension to your workout.  All levels welcome.

Tai Chi - Flowing slow-moving, no impact exercise. Emphasis on relaxation, deep breathing, balance, and constant movement. All ages.

Yoga - Yoga will help you achieve physical and mental relaxation. You will learn breathing, relaxation techniques, and poses that will leave you feeling refreshed and strengthened.

Ai Chi H2O - Combines deep breathing, core muscle training. and a warm pool to create relaxing yet invigorating workout for the body and mind.

Aqua Exercise - A water workout designed to tone and strengthen the total body using aqua steps, noodles, webbed gloves, and buoyancy dumbbells. For swimmers and non-swimmers.

Aqua Pilates - Great for all levels. Enjoy the benefits of pilates while in the water. Enhance your flexibility, core stability, coordination and muscular endurance.

Deep Water Work - Fun and challenging workout using buoyancy/resistance equipment. This workout is for men and women, from beginners to triathletes, to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Participants must be comfortable in deep water.

Prenatal Aqua Orientation - Expectant mothers: don’t miss out on the physical and mental benefits of exercise. The buoyancy of the water supports your body while you are led through a gentle strengthening and stretching workout. For more information call 489-1210.

Water Walking - Refreshing workout for all ages. Take advantage of the water’s natural resistance to improve cardiovascular endurance and tone the entire body.

High Energy Water Workout - A complete fitness class using a variety of exercises and equipment. Intensity can be varied on an individual basis.
