I.D. Pennock Branch – 200 Y Boulevard

Includes one swimming pool with water slide, Atwood Lounge, Family Center,  Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, Racquetball/Handball Courts, Wallyball, Volleyball and Basketball.

 Rental Hours: (standard times)

Saturday: 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Sunday: 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. 

Rental Fees:

2 hours- $925.00

3 hours- $935.00

4 hours- $1,100.00 

Additional Options:

Adventure Center: $15.00 per hour

South Pool: $50.00 per hour

Preschool Gym: $30.00 per hour

Babysitting: $30.00 per hour

Climbing Center: $75.00 per hour 

Post Prom

3 hours or less: $2,250.00

Additional hour: $300.00

Includes 2 uniformed police officers, pool with water slide, Atwood Lounge, Men and Women’s Locker Rooms, 4(four) wall courts, Volleyball, Walleyball, Basketball, Climbing Wall, Family Center, and up to two hours decorating time prior to prom.   

Each additional decorating hour is $50.00.

 Lock-Ins: $2,600.00

In at 10:30 p.m. Saturday and out by 7:00 a.m. Sunday

Includes 2 uniformed police officers, pool with water slide, Atwood Lounge, Men and Women’s Locker Rooms, 4(four) wall courts, Volleyball, Walleyball, Basketball, Climbing Wall, and Family Center.  

Facility not available on holidays

Log Lodge – 200 Y Boulevard

Built along side the Rock River just west of the YMCA facility. 

Seats 80 people with tables and chairs using 6 and 8 foot tables. 

Rounds available for group of 56 or less. 

We provide set up of tables and chairs.

Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, and lots of counter space.

Two fireplaces for use.  

Need to supply your own wood.

Built in ramp for easy access. 

Built in coat racks.

No smoking. 

No alcohol.

Indoor restrooms

Insurance coverage with the YMCA added as an additional insured required with a minimum coverage of $500,000.00. 

Fees:

Any event requiring catering must use the YMCA catering contractor.

Camp Winnebago – 5804 North Main Street

Located just north of Sportscore

Two buildings, Webster A and Webster B.  During summer months, facilities are available after 8:00 p.m. and weekends only.

Webster A

Includes attached front deck, small catering kitchen (sink only), fireplace (wood included), and indoor restroom facilities.  Seats 60 people with tables and chairs (8 foot tables only).  Seats approximately 80 people without tables.   We provide set up of tables and chairs.  Limited audio/visual equipment available. Built in ramp for easy access.  No smoking. No alcohol. 

Insurance coverage with the YMCA added as an additional insured required with a minimum coverage of $500,000.00.

Fees:

$50 per hour

Webster B

Includes large attached deck, indoor restroom facilities.  Seats 30 people with tables and chairs.  Seats approximately 50 without tables.  We provide set up of tables and chairs.  Limited audio/visual equipment available.  Built in ramp for easy access.  No smoking.  No alcohol. 

Insurance coverage with the YMCA added as an additional insured required with a minimum coverage of $500,000.00.

Fees:

$50 per hour

Additional Options:  $35.00 each

1 - 1 ½ hour Nature Hike

1 - 1 ½ hour Archery (seasonal)

1 - 1 ½ hour Canoeing (seasonal)

1 hour Art-n-Craft (supplies included)
