Tumbling for Cheer (12 to 17 yrs)
Stay in shape and/or learn some new skills. Round offs, flip flops, jumps, backhand springs, stunting and dance will be covered.

Coed Youth Tumbling (6 to 12 yrs)
For boys and girls ages 6-12 tumbling is a great way to have fun while enhancing motor skills, flexibility, balance, coordination, confidence, and self-discipline. Gymnastic equipment is not used.

Coed Intermediate Youth Tumbling
An intermediate class that requires all participants to have taken YMCA beginning tumbling. This is the next step for any student who wants to further their tumbling skills.

Girl’s Youth Gymnastics (6 to 12 yrs).
This program is for girls age 6 through 12 and is based on the National Certified program. All levels include qualified instruction and supervision on all apparatus. Each girl works at her own level to advance to the next level.
