The YMCA is a membership-based charitable organization. The YMCA is affordable to all through the Open Doors Program* in which membership and program fees are based on your household income. In addition the YMCA offers financial assistance* to those in need through the generous contributions of YMCA supporters and community partners.
There are several ways to join.
1. Full Facility Membership - by joining the YMCA as a full facility member you recieve the benefits for fitness classes, childcare while you work out, family and youth activities, access to all pools and more. Full facility memberships give you access to the Northeast YMCA and ID Pennock YMCA along with extra access to our partner YMCAs including: Roscoe YMCA, Beloit YMCA and the Belvidere YMCA. In addition, full facility members can use their membership card in any facility across the country for up to 14 days. Full Members also recieve prefered signup for programs and often have a significant rate decrease for these programs. Download our Membership application here!
2. Program Membership - by joining our programs like after-school, sports, day camps, swim lessons and other unique family or youth programs you can take advantage of the great offerings we have at the Y and in the community.
