YMCA of Rock River Valley

Active Trax is a fitness journey where you’re guided every workout along the way. It includes customized and totally new workouts every time you log on at the kiosk in the facility or on your home computer. It also allows our Wellness Coaches to watch over you and hold you accountable as you progress in your workouts.

While the workouts activate your entire body, your Wellness Coach stands by and supports you along your personal journey to health.  All Active Trax appointments will begin June 1^st, schedule yours today! Also don’t worry because there is no extra charge for Active Trax because it’s included in your YMCA of Rock River Valley membership.
